The Space

Left Break is holidaying made easy. Beautifully presented, new furnishings and inclusive of linen, towels and all your everyday necessities. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and secure parking for boats, jet skis or other water sports equipment behind a lockable fence. Large fenced outdoor spaces for kids to play safely and adults to relax and enjoy the view.
The house has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes fully equiped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and all your cooking utensils. Designed around a kitchen island for social cooking. Enjoy your meal at the indoor dining area or at the outdoor dining table with a view of Mt Karioi.
The living area is styled with contemporary furniture and has a heat pump to keep you cosy in winter or cool in the summer. Complete with TV and Wifi for entertainment.
There are 3 bedrooms - the master is off the kitchen and the other 2 bedrooms off the living area. The bathroom with shower and modern fitting complete the indoor facilities.
Outdoor there is a large private north facing deck and patio with views of Mt Karioi and Raglan Harbour. This area has a large outdoor dining table and BBQ for cooking up those quick summer meals. It is also fully fenced so perfect safe play space for kids.

Left Break is located conviently on Raglans Main Road. The service station is 2 mins walk and Four Square 4 mins walk to pick up any essentials. Central Raglan is 5 mins walk where you find our selection of amazing cafes and coffee shops, yoga and pilates studios, restaurants, supermarkets and independent shops with local artisan goods. The property is also within 15 mins walking distance to Lorenzen Bay or 10 mins to the stunning Kaitoke walkway.
For slightly further afield adventures a short drive will take you to the surf beach, point breaks, mountain bike tracks and walking tracks.

Arriving in pouring rain it was lovely to come inside to the warmth of the property. We had everything we needed as the house is very well supplied. The beds were very comfortable with lovely warm doonas. I stayed in the king bedroom which is straight off the lounge but the sliding doors and curtains keep it private. Just note no wardrobe in this room - but there is a washing machine!!! A big chest of drawers though. Didn't get to sit outside as it was wet but looked like a lovely area. House very well situated in Raglan close to all the shops (some lovely gift shops) and only 10m drive to the beach.

This is a lovely cosy clean house, in a very convenient location for the town centre. We enjoyed walking on the Kaitoke track as recommended by the welcome book. Groundswell were quick to respond and helpful. They were flexible with accomodating a last minute change to our booking.

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend away. Everything was immaculate. The beds and pillows deserve a special mention for being incredibly comfortable, made up with gorgeous linen. The location at the top end of town is a quick drive to the cafes, beaches etc. Would stay again and would definately reccommend.

The house was well appointed, and very clean, positioned close to town, with plenty of parking. It was hot weather, but the aircon worked perfectly. Comfy beds and couches, good water pressure. We enjoyed using mint and chives from the garden too, thank you.
