How Does it Work?
Our Management Fee is charged at a rate of 20%+gst of the properties gross rent.

Start to finish reservation management
7 days a week guest enquiries & support
Guest vetting
Professional cleaning service (charged to the guest at the time of booking).
Property inspection following guest departure
Property inspection before new guest arrival
Guest welcome note and gift
Locally based property manager on call for any issues that may arise during guests stay.
Owner support during office hours
Monthly owner statements and payouts
Owner Property Performance Reports - including end of year financial report.

Annual Listing Fee - charged once per year
Linen and towel hire - charged at a set rate per guest
Guest consumables - Shampoo, soaps plus pantry items such as coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing-liquid, toilet paper- charged at a set rate per guest
Guest consumables - Raglan blue rubbish bag and milk - charged at a set rate per stay
Additional Guest Conumables: dish-washing powder, laundry powder, fresh coffee (plunger/pods), firewood, gas bottles for BBQ's - charged per item
Welcome Gifts eg. wine - charged per stay
Lawn mowing and gardening
Property maintenance, repairs and replacement items
