The Space

Discover this exceptional two-storey waterfront home in Raglan, where only a few properties enjoy direct water access. Accommodating up to 9 guests, it's ideal for large or extended groups.
Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the spacious living area leads to an upper deck with stunning harbour views.
The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, while the BBQ makes outdoor cooking effortless.
Upstairs offers two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Double bed. The dining, lounge and bathroom with separate toilet complete this level.
Downstairs has two more bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with twin bunks for 2 guests (bottom bunks in use only). The final single bed is contained in the carpeted garage. The second bathroom is combined with the laundry complete with washing machine and dryer on this level.
This absolute waterfront property is one of a few in Raglan offering direct access to Lorenzen Bay. At high tide Lorenzen Bay ideal for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding and makes a great base to explore further into the Raglan Harbour or across to Te Akau. The shallow, calm waters make it a great playground for all.

Lorenzen Landing is located on Lorenzen Bay which is a great spot for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.
For those wanting a change from all that sea and sand, there are many excellent walking tracks and we include details of these in the house information folder. Within easy reach are the Mt Karioi summit tracks or Te Toto Gorge track.
For slightly further afield adventures, a short drive will take you to the surf beach, point breaks, mountain bike tracks and walking tracks.
Boutique art galleries and specialist craft shops abound in the township. And with golf, mini-putt, fishing and the spectacular sunset harbour cruise, there really is something for everyone in wonderful Raglan.

  • Check-In from 3pm, Check-Out by 10am
  • Due to tidal fluctuations, access to the property and parking guidelines will be sent to you following your booking confirmation. Please read this information carefully before arrival.
  • The property has direct access to Lorenzen Bay (water) without fencing so responsibility of children solely lies with accompanying adult/s.
  • The bay is tidal and water levels will fluctuate during your stay.
  • The house does have an elevated deck - if staying with young children, outdoor furniture should not be placed near the balustrade as this will create a climbing and potential falling hazard.
  • All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.
  • We are unable to host pets.
