The Space

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split over 2 levels, all guests will enjoy their own private space. Upstairs you will find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a large waterfront balcony overlooking the inner harbour.
The living room is set around a large wall mounted SMART TV and gas fire to create a warm cosy Winter vibe or soft Summer ambience. The room has two couches, tasteful furnishings and boasts double height ceilings for the additional feeling of space.
The stylishly designed brand new kitchen is complete with scullery, induction hob, oven, dish drawer, microwave, large fridge and local Raglan Roast coffee for your morning fix. Everything you need to cook up a feast and share with friends.
When it's time to dine, gather around the indoor or outdoor dining table and as you savor your food, let your eyes wander towards the stunning sunset over the harbour.
Also upstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master with a Queen bed and ensuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with a king bed and use of the main bathroom next door with shower over bath.
Downstairs is a large carpeted double garage. This can be utilised for parking 2 vehicles or storing additional sporting equipment such as a Jet ski, Kayak or bikes.
Off the garage (walk through the garage to access this room) is an expansive third bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room also has a large sliding door opening to a private covered deck and outdoor area, with cosy seating.
For extra comfort and luxury the townhouse has a centralised air conditioning and heating system. This can be controlled centrally and set for each bedroom for the perfect sleeping temperature Summer or Winter. Plus there is a gas fire in the living room for those cooler Winter evenings.

Okiwi Landing is in the prime location in Raglan. Park the car and you will be able to access all of Raglan’s quintessential vibe by foot. Stroll out for your morning coffee and brunch at the local cafes, stock up on some freshly baked sourdough, browse the artisan shops, walk up the road for the Sunday morning Arts Market (first Sunday of every month) or Friday afternoon Growers Market opposite the property. And across the road will get you to the iconic Raglan footbridge and Papahua Domain where you can swim in the harbour, eat fish n chips or hire a paddle board or kayak and paddle in the harbour.
For the active visitor there is a yoga and pilates studio 2 minutes from the townhouse. Plus the option to take a surf lesson, horseback riding at Ruapuke beach, hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board to explore the harbour, mountain biking in the Raglan Mountain bike tracks or head for a tramp up Mt Karioi.
A 10 minute drive out Wainui road will bring you to the surf breaks and Ngarunui beach.

Things to Note

  • Check-In from 3pm, Check-Out by 10am
  • Please note that this house is part of a townhouse complex, so neighbouring properties will also use the sealed driveway areas and one wall of the house is adjoining to the neighbouring property.
  • There is parking available for 2 cars in the double garage, plus extra free parking on the street.
  • Conveniently located on Wainui Road which is just a hop, skip and jump into the main street, but this may come with some road noise. The windows are double glazed and upstairs bedrooms positioned at the back of the property to minimise road noise, however if you are a light or sensitive sleeper, this should be something to consider.
  • All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.
