The Space
Each townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split over 2 levels, so all guests will enjoy their own private space. The townhouses have a similar layout meaning no-one misses out. Upstairs in each property you will find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a large balcony overlooking the inner harbour.
Both living rooms are set around a gas fire, comfortable sofa and furnishings and double height ceilings.
Each property has a large dining table comfortably sits 6, or you can dine al fresco on the solid concrete outdoor dining tables and take in the sunset over the harbour.
Or enjoy the evening lounging in the outdoor chairs, watching the sun as it hides behind Mount Karioi with your favourite gin in hand.
The stylishly designed brand new kitchens are complete with scullery, hob, oven, dish drawer, microwave and large fridge. Everything you need to cook up a feast and share with friends.
In each townhouse you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upstairs floor. Townhouse number 2 has Master with a King bed and ensuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with two single beds and use of the main bathroom next door with shower over bath.
Townhouse number 3 has a Master with Queen bed and enuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with a king bed and use of the main bathroom with shower over bath.
Downstairs each property has a large carpeted double garage. These can be utilised for parking 2 vehicles or storing additional sporting equipment such as a Jet ski, Kayak or bikes.
Off the garage (walk through the garage to access this room) you will find an expansive third bedroom – with identical layout in each property. Townhouse 2 has a Superking bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Townhouse 3 has a queen bed plus a day bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. These rooms also have a large sliding door opening to a private covered deck and outdoor area.
For extra comfort and luxury the townhouses have a centralised air conditioning and heating system. This can be controlled centrally and set for each bedroom for the perfect sleeping temperature summer or winter. Plus there is a gas fire in each living room for those cooler winter evenings.

Location
Wainui Townhouses are in the prime location in Raglan. Park the car and you will be able to access all of Raglan’s quintessential vibe by foot. Stroll out for your morning coffee and brunch at the local cafes, stock up on some freshly baked sourdough, browse the artisan shops, walk up the road for the Sunday morning Arts Market (first Sunday of every month) or Friday afternoon Growers Market opposite the property. And across the road will get you to the iconic Raglan footbridge and Papahua Domain where you can swim in the harbour, eat fish n chips or hire a paddle board or kayak and paddle in the harbour.
For the active visitor there is a yoga and pilates studio 2 minutes from the townhouses. Plus the option to take a surf lesson, horseback riding at Ruapuke beach, hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board to explore the harbour, mountain biking in the Raglan Mountain bike tracks or head for a tramp up Mt Karioi.
A 10 minute drive out Wainui road will bring you to the surf breaks and Ngarunui beach.

Please note that these properties are part of a townhouse complex, so neighbouring properties will also use the sealed driveway areas and one wall of the house is adjoining to the neighbouring property.
There is parking available for 2 cars in each double garage, plus extra free parking on the street.
Conveniently located on Wainui Road which is just a hop, skip and jump into the main street, but this may come with some road noise. The windows are double glazed and upstairs bedrooms positioned at the back of the property to minimise road noise, however if you are a light or sensitive sleeper, this should be something to consider.
All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.
